Fundraising run for Shayna Conway

There will be a fundraising run for survivor of the tragic Alberta shooting, Shayna Conway, on December 31, 10 a.m. beginning at Charlottetown Rural. Participants can choose between a 5km run or 3km walk.

The friend of homicide victim Christina Cline wants to make sure the slain woman's children - a eight-year-old boy, a seven-year-old boy and a nine-year-old girl - have a happy Christmas morning after losing their mother so close to the holidays. She's hoping some kind-hearted people in the Halifax area will help out by donating presents for the children.
